Dear Valued Patient, With heavy hearts, we are writing to inform you that our Denton office location will be closing December 24, 2025. This was a very difficult decision based on recent personnel changes and economic realities. We sincerely appreciate the trust you have placed in us these past several years. Although the Denton office will close, we are pleased to share that our Fort Worth clinic – located near Alliance Town Center, off I-35 – will remain open, and our providers will continue caring for patients from that location. You may continue your care with the same clinicians you know, just at our remaining clinic:
