Over the years of nonstop doctors appointments, seeing specialists, always dreading going to the doctors for whatever the reason may be. I was hesitant to start care all over again, building that relationship up and just dreading starting new care in general elsewhere once again, but to my surprise, this place is truly different. Reaching out to Medi Clinics on Friday, Dec 27, 2024 for an appt. that afternoon, with Austin, was so convenient. Their office staff is always first rate & helpful. Upon my visit, Austin was very thorough & proceeded to rule out a couple of potential illness. Once he made the diagnosis & wrote his pharmacy prescription , I was good to go! Austin did advise to stay in touch via telephone msg., if there's any significant changes. I've been a patient since 2011 & very satisfied with the entire staff!

I have been seeing Rodney for 2 1/2 years and I drive from SE Arlington to North Fort Worth on Beach Street to see him. He is very caring, understanding and very laid back but very attentive to his patients. I trust him and I can tell him anything. The office staff also goes above and beyond. I pick my insurance based on what they take each year. That's how much this office means to me. I have a very hard time trusting anyone and I don't want to lose the trust that I've built with Rodney and his staff. They all deserve a raise!

Austin was great. Except when he told me I will only have 3 months to hopefully lose the weight I want. I am afraid of going it back up again as I have read about the drug. That is my only concern.

I’ve been using NP Rodney Reacher along with my other PCP and he and MEDI Clinic are amazing! Rodney always listens very carefully to any concerns or issues I’m having. He works with me if I have specific medication requests or need lab work done. The receptionist and other staff are just as amazing. I often have to cancel and reschedule last minute and they are very polite and flexible.

Austin is a 10/10 doctor and this is a 10/10 clinic! Not only are the doctors amazing but so are the medical assistants, front desk and nurses. I moved to the area a year ago and was in search of a new doctor’s office. I visited another office before this one and had a terrible experience. It was an unpleasant visit and it took 3 hours. At the end of my visit, the doctor was only gonna write me 2 weeks of my prescriptions to see how I would “react” to medications I’ve been on for YEARS. I’m a single mom that works and I don’t have the time for hour long visits or having to pay to visit an office every 2 weeks. It would be one thing if I felt like it was good care but at the end of the visit, I felt like I had regressed vs progressed. I found Medi Clinic last minute and my first experience was how soon they were able to schedule an appointment for me. I’ve had two different doctors since being here because one of mine moved away and Dr Gipson made the transition easy. This clinic is fast but efficient. By the time I get in the car to leave, I’ve gotten a notification from my pharmacy that my prescriptions have been sent over. As a working mom, I cannot stress enough how helpful that is. They have the ability to get you seen and out the door quickly but they are willing and ready to listen to concerns without making you feel rushed. Everything is explained well because they care. This is truly the best clinic I’ve been to in a long time. I’m grateful good places like this still exist! I would recommend Dr Gipson and Medi Clinic to anyone, honestly!

I have been seeing Rodney Rencher here for a little over a year now and he is a wonderful Doctor. This also includes the staff at the office. Any issue or concern I’ve ever had has been taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff are polite and professional.

As always my treatment was top notch I needed my ears rinsed to receive my new hearing aids but they weren’t able to complete the treatment because the wax was too deep so gave me the name of a specialist always look forward to seeing everyone whenever I have to go for treatment

I had a great relationship and experience with Medi clinic, I always fully cooperated with the clinic and always paid my fees. I came out of town almost 4 hours away to help care for my grandchildren, I was due for refill on medication. I did know that 1 of the medication would not be refilled until I came back into town to see them in person which understandable. And the other medication I would be able to get refilled. But when I called the office it’s like their whole demeanor as a well like office changed, needless to say I was very disappointed.

I’m a new patient. I’m just starting to take my medication. But as far as the staff, they are very nice and experienced. I would recommend them to others.
